Jodie to Star in One-Woman Show Tell Me on a Sunday
Fresh from both a UK tour of Calamity Jane and a Christmas run of the country’s favourite musical Annie, Jodie is embarking on another UK tour, this time in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black’s Tell Me on a Sunday.
The musical tells the story of a young English girl in the 80s seeking success and love in the United States, and her romantic misadventures while on the road.
Jodie has to hold her own, as in Tell Me on a Sunday her character will be the only person appearing on stage; a big undertaking for the young star, but one that she’s more than equipped to handle.
Featuring such as classic numbers as Take That Look Off Your Face, Unexpected Song and the titular Tell Me on a Sunday, this is a musical that can’t afford to be missed when it comes to a town near you.
This new production for 2016 is directed by Paul Foster and includes a post-show chat with Jodie herself.
