Jodie to Star as Annie’s Miss Hannigan This Christmas

Coming to the New Theatre Oxford this Christmas, Jodie Prenger will be taking up the mantle of the tyrannical Miss Hannigan in a new production of the award-winning Annie.

Set in New York during the Great Depression, Annie finds out it’s a hard knock life while in the care of the wicked Miss Hannigan, mischievously played by Jodie.

Ordered to scrub the floors until they shine like the top of the Chrysler building, Annie soon sets out to search for her birth parents, much to Miss Hannigan’s chagrin.

Jodie tears up the scenery in her first villainous role, and you can bet your bottom dollar that she’s having some fun!

You won’t want to miss this fantastic production of the beloved Annie, which adds a contemporary bite to the classic story.
